Yes, it is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped. In this case, you must contact Customer Service via email at ordini@autieitaliancouture.it or via WhatsApp at +39 333 820 3781, stating your order number and your wish to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you can refuse delivery of the package and will be charged for shipping costs.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the moment we receive the order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping is FREE across Europe for orders over €100.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Italy: within 24 working hours (48 hours for islands)
Europe: within 2–4 working days
All our garments are entirely made in Italy, following artisanal processes that embody the excellence of Made in Italy.
Every product is the result of a controlled supply chain and meticulous craftsmanship that demands attention to detail, careful selection of materials, and respect for tailoring production times. For this reason, some items may require up to 10 working days to be shipped.

To return or exchange an item, send an email to ordini@autieitaliancouture.it including your order number.
You will then receive an email with instructions to follow.
Orders can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. The process is simple and free throughout Europe. In the case of an exchange, shipping is on us.
Please note: the product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return and verify the garment’s compliance with our policy (unworn, intact, and in its original packaging), the refund will be issued within 24 hours.
The actual crediting time depends on your bank and may vary. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed on our side.
