Where are Autiè garments made?
All Autiè garments are entirely produced in Italy, in selected workshops that guarantee high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We carefully choose each production partner to offer garments that reflect the values of our brand: authenticity, style, and Italian manufacturing.
Size or item out of stock, when will it be available again?
If a product or size is no longer available, you can leave your email address by clicking on the alert bell on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again.

How can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped. In this case, you must contact Customer Service via email at ordini@autieitaliancouture.it or via WhatsApp at +39 333 820 3781, stating your order number and your wish to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you can refuse delivery of the package and will be charged for shipping costs.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the moment we receive the order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping is FREE across Europe for orders over €100.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Italy: within 24 working hours (48 hours for islands)
Europe: within 2–4 working days
All our garments are entirely made in Italy, following artisanal processes that embody the excellence of Made in Italy.
Every product is the result of a controlled supply chain and meticulous craftsmanship that demands attention to detail, careful selection of materials, and respect for tailoring production times. For this reason, some items may require up to 10 working days to be shipped.
This is not simply a wait, it is the time needed to offer you a garment that expresses quality, authenticity, and uncompromising style. We are confident that, once you wear it, you will understand the value of every day waited.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, send an email to ordini@autieitaliancouture.it including your order number.
You will then receive an email with instructions to follow.
Orders can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. The process is simple and free throughout Europe. In the case of an exchange, shipping is on us.
Please note: the product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
What is the refund timeframe?
Once we receive your return and verify the garment’s compliance with our policy (unworn, intact, and in its original packaging), the refund will be issued within 24 hours.
The actual crediting time depends on your bank and may vary. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed on our side.
When will my order be charged?
Your order will be charged once it has been confirmed.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order by simply providing the necessary shipping information.
However, at Autiè, we recommend creating an account so that you can have all your details and order history at your fingertips.
