How can I find my size?
To find the right size, refer to the size chart found on the product page of the item you’re interested in.

Where are Autiè garments made?
All Autiè garments are made entirely in Italy. Our trousers are prepared directly at the Italian factory we work with, allowing close control over quality, construction and details. This direct relationship enables us to produce after the order is placed and reduce overproduction and unnecessary stock.
Size or item out of stock, when will it be available again?
Most trousers can be ordered even when a size is not currently in stock: we will prepare it after your order within 5–7 business days. If an option cannot be selected, the fabric or model may be temporarily unavailable; contact us at info@autieitaliancouture.it or on WhatsApp at +39 333 820 3781.
How can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Alternatively, you can check the ‘My Orders’ section in your Autiè account.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped. In this case, you must contact Customer Service via email at ordini@autieitaliancouture.it or via WhatsApp at +39 333 820 3781, stating your order number and your wish to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you can refuse delivery of the package and will be charged for shipping costs.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
Most trousers are prepared after the order is placed, directly at the factory. Preparation and handover to the carrier take 5–7 business days; if the item is already in stock, it may be dispatched sooner.
From handover to the carrier, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Italy and 2–4 business days in the other European Union countries.
Shipping is free from €140 on all products; orders below €140 cost €10 to ship. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the order is handed to the carrier.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, send an email to ordini@autieitaliancouture.it including your order number.
You will then receive an email with instructions to follow.
Orders can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. The process is simple and free throughout Europe. In the case of an exchange, shipping is on us.
Please note: the product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
What is the refund timeframe?
Once we receive your return and verify the garment’s compliance with our policy (unworn, intact, and in its original packaging), the refund will be issued within 24 hours.
The actual crediting time depends on your bank and may vary. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed on our side.
When will my order be charged?
Your order will be charged once it has been confirmed.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order by simply providing the necessary shipping information.
However, at Autiè, we recommend creating an account so that you can have all your details and order history at your fingertips.
